Sorry for the lack of uploads to this channel lately. I'm focused on my ‪@GamingNewsSummary‬ channel and my health. I've been working out, following a program, the last 6 weeks so far. I was getting so physically weak after 4 years+ of sitting down too much. I was working from home years before the pandemic and still do. I also feel this channel is mostly focused around FFXIV, which I rarely play these days. I'm on an extended break from FFXIV as there are simply too many other games to play and experience. Some recent examples would be Resident Evil 4 Remake, Star Wars Jedi Survivor and the upcoming Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and Final Fantasy 16. Originally, I setup this channel as a way to document my journey through FFXIV. It originally didn't have a purpose beyond that as I was working at the time. Teaching players how to excel at crafting and gathering became a natural consequence of the channel as it was the content I liked the most. As it's now been nearly 10 years since the launch of A Realm Reborn, the excessive nerfing of crafting/gathering, and also the excessive toxcitiy leveled at me from the FFXIV community, I made the decision to move on years ago as it was no longer satisfying or worth my time. With FFXIV itself, there was toxicity leveled at me for doing anything other than crafting, and even more so when I stopped creating the content completely. Life is too short to have to deal with the drama, as I have only showed a strong positive desire for players to excel and not waste their time in the game. There are other content creators who have a passion for crafting/gathering you should check out including ‪@ZaneLionhartffxiv‬. I've been having a huge amount of fun reporting the Gaming News, which I've done daily for more than 2 years now. I see the long term potential of that channel over this one. I have prioritise where it makes the most sense for me. I will play FFXIV in the future, and uploads will resume randomly, but for now it is not a priority to me at all. My socials and discord are always open.
